Kay ist eine Fiktion und Frau in progress von Cordula Daus.

Kay is a middle aged, middle class white woman from Central Europe who got fed up being a woman, or with what it meant to be a woman at her time (1970-2038): To be born with and out of a womb. To be asked would you like to have children. In plural. To bear this fucking question: once, twice, once more. To bear an expiry date. No! Kay decides there shall be no wombmanhood. No more. Meaning lesser sex!

Kay will aus dem Frau raus. Umlieben, wegfühlen. Sie trifft Ran, Wolf, Rek, Sef, zum Beispiel, and others, called men. She fucks time. She is Okay.

Der Vortrag findet in deutscher und englischer Sprache statt.

Cordula Daus is a writer-artist working across theory, fiction and performance. Since 2009 she publishes the geopoetic series Toponymisches Heft. Her recent writings and lecture performances explore the woman as a site, the reciprocity of body, and language focusing on the concept of intensity.
