commence a doctorate have an opportunity to apply for a research grant. Two grants each of 2,600 (single payment) are
available.It should be noted that, in particular for the promotion of young female scientists, 40% of the funding is dedicated to women.Applications are to be addressed to the Senate of the Vienna University of Applied Arts. The following requirements also apply:
Applicants for a research grant should satisfy the following criteria:Their income should not exceed the amount of 8,148 per year or 679 per month.They should not hold a current position in the Austrian federal sector.They should not be employees of the respective university.
