JENNY is explicitly dedicated
to texts by young authors.
JENNY is the literary magazine of the Institute of Language Arts at the University of
Applied Arts Vienna, but it also takes a look at literary developments in Germany and Switzerland. It brings together texts
of different genres from Vienna, Biel, Hildesheim and Leipzig and does not shy away from giving space to unknown forms. In
addition to literature,
JENNY is also dedicated to poetological reflection and presents various attitudes for discussion
in essays and interviews.
JENNY also impresses with its graphic design. Issue 01/2013 was honoured as one of the
most beautiful books in Austria.
