JENNY is the annual anthology of the Institute
of Language Arts at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. It brings together important new trends in young German-language
literature – across borders from Austria, Germany and Switzerland. In addition to literary texts, contributions on poetics
are also presented in interview and essay form, reflecting and commenting on contemporary writing.
JENNY not only
operates textually, but also impresses with its fine typographical language and formal-aesthetic design.
JENNY places
demands on contemporary literature and its presentation, which it fulfils both in terms of content and form.
