Berkeley-Austria Exchange Programm 2026/2027: Special Democracy Call

The purpose of the Program is to deal with the consequences of the Russian aggression in Ukraine devoted to the promotion of democracy in all possible ways with a special focus on research topics relating to Austrian history, politics and culture, Habsburg Imperial history, politics and culture, Austrian-Ukrainian and Austrian-Russian relations, Austrian-American transatlantic relations.

Call for all Angewandte Students: Experimental Game Cultures Game Jam 2026

As part of Subotron Game Jam 2026, a collaboration between SUBOTRON, the New York NGO Games for Change, and the Belvedere, all students at the University of Applied Arts are invited to participate in the Experimental Game Cultures Lab, which takes place at the University of Applied Arts as part of a course. It is aimed specifically at all disciplines!

The first Game Jam, which is dedicated to the topic of game prototypes for future goals, will take place at several Austrian universities and will count as a course. At the end, there will be an exhibition participation at Belvedere 21 in Vienna and the awarding of the Austrian Impact Game Idea 2026 prize.
