Publications by the University of Applied Arts Vienna
The Angewandte supports artists and researchers working at the university as well as graduates who wish to present their work
or creations to a wider audience in book form.
A central focus is the Edition Angewandte, an internationally renowned book series established in 2007 in cooperation with the De Gruyter Brill publishing group, which
publishes anthologies, monographs and project documentation from various departments of the university. In addition, the University
of Applied Arts also supports publications by other publishing houses or within the university's own framework.
The authors and editors of Angewandte are advised and supported by the team of the Publications department.
