Show Angewandte 14

The University of Applied Arts Vienna announces the Show of its Fashion Department, headed by Bernhard Willhelm

Contemporary and visionary fashion, many-faceted and technically on the highest level, staged anew every year with plenty of surprises: this is what the Show Angewandte stands for, like no other fashion event in Austria.

Since the German fashion designer Bernhard Willhelm took over at the Angewandte fashion department in 2009, the Austrian fashion scene and a wide-ranging audience interested in fashion and culture have been coming together every year in early June for one of the most talked-about and widely covered fashion shows in the country, the Show Angewandte. This year Bernhard Willhelm and his class of around 50 students will again present their final collections, spotlighting the unprecedented artistic freedom and creativity that have taken hold in the University’s fashion program.
