“Degrowth Vienna 2020 – Strategies
for social-ecological transformation” is a online event that will happen in spring 2020. The conference will consider the
role of strategy for a degrowth transformation and give room for exchanging, reflecting and developing strategies with scholars,
practitioners, artists and activists.
The Social Design Studio
is co-host of the Degrowth Vienna 2020 conference and we want to invite you to attend the conference.
The
online registration for the conference is open until the 28th of May. Attending the conference is free for everyone, but registration
will be necessary.
Given
the current situation, the degrowth international network decided to write an open letter from a degrowth perspective presenting
five principles to address the COVID-19 crisis in a socially and ecologically just way. We are asking you to support us in
this timely intervention to shape the corona crisis discourse and ambitiously re-imagine our collective future.
