For the seventh time, Infoscreen and Kunst im öffentlichen Raum Wien (KÖR Wien) are organising the short
film competition ‘20 seconds for art’ in 2026.
This year, the theme chosen for the 20-second
artistic short films was ‘humans and intelligent machines’, focusing on the key technology of the 21st century and its consequences
for society.
The winners will not only receive prize money of €1,000 each, but their short films will also be shown
in a public screening for eight weeks on INFOSCREENs in and around public transport in Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck,
Klagenfurt, Wels, Bregenz and Eisenstadt.
