Modeklasse Pillow Talks with Lutz Huelle

Modeklasse Pillow Talks returns for its third edition, welcoming Paris-based fashion designer Lutz Huelle.
The internationally renowned fashion designer will talk about his creative practice, artistic collaborations and the evolving relationship between fashion, image-making and contemporary culture.

Lutz Huelle founded his own label in 2000 and works as an artistic director and consultant for numerous brands. In addition to his design work, he also has extensive teaching experience, notably at the prestigious Central Saint Martins College in London, from which he himself graduated. He is the head of the department of Bachelor and Master’s in Design, Fashion, Jewelry and Accessories at HEAD – Genève.

Modeklasse Pillow Talks is a conversation series by the Fashion Department at the University of Applied Arts Vienna that explores fashion in its broader cultural, social and artistic contexts. Hosted by Monica Titton, the series brings together voices from across the international fashion community to reflect on the ideas, experiences and encounters that shape a life in fashion. Intimate, informal and inquisitive, each conversation moves between critical reflection and personal storytelling, offering insights into the creative practices, professional journeys and cultural perspectives of its guests.
