An event by the Department of TransArts
Students of TransArts with
curators Magdalena Stöger and Leon Hösl invite the visitors to gather for a reading in a
collectively composed setting. The evening consists of elements from literary, visual, and material sources, tracing the contours
of physical and mental interiors. A fragment of GIRL by Marietta Mavrokordatou becomes a shared
point of reference that circles the impossibility of inhabiting the rooms of our childhood.
Tolia
Curriculum is a project conceived by artist Tolia Astakhishvili, unfolding as a daily schedule of workshops,
lectures, screenings, readings, and participatory formats for children and adults. In the lead-up to Figure of the Child,
her largest exhibition to date, Astakhishvili opens her production and installation process to the public as she develops
her work in situ.
