Judith P. Fischer
and Uwe Hauenfels. –
ACROSS TIME. FORM AND SPACE. at the Austrian Cultural Forum New York (October
2024 – January 2025), curator Stephanie Buhmann brought together two distinctive artistic positions in a carefully orchestrated
dialogue with the architectural space.
Their works now meet again in this publication. More than a conventional
exhibition catalog, the book offers an in-depth reflection on the multifaceted oeuvres of both artists. Their practices explore
the intersections of space, time, and perception, while raising essential questions of transformation and corporeality.
The book opens a vibrant discourse between innovation and artistic practice and invites readers to experience the
works of Judith P. Fischer and Uwe Hauenfels in all their richness and complexity.
