On Saturday, January 28,
2023, after two year's break due to the pandemic, the Vienna Ball of Sciences and Humanities will be held for the 8th time
in the City Hall with the entire Viennese research and university community participating. The motto: "The power of science".

The prices of the classic ticket categories are € 100 and € 30 for students. Also on offer are honorary boxes and honorary
tables in the ballroom, as well as regular tables in the adjoining rooms.
With this evening, the excellence and
diversity of Viennese researchers, students, university members and staff will once again and increasingly be the focus of
attention. Especially in these times it is important to put "The Power of Science" into the limelight. There will be music
from all directions on five stages, and presentations from the world of science will transform the Town Hall into a large-scale
laboratory of enlightened pleasure.
