REFLECTING RECORDS

Project presentation Department MEDIA THEORY / Ingeborg Reichle in cooperation with Department DIGITAL ART / Ruth Schnell

Project management:

The starting point for the project REFLECTING RECORDS was a collective research, which devoted itself to the design possibilities of own, foreign or even fictional biographies as methods of artistic research. The result of this research is now in the form of an exhibition that opens up a field of associations that can be traversed in a literal sense, from personal stories to literary references to the biography of landscape and place. The exhibition venue Seestadt, which is currently writing its own history as an urban development area, proves to be an ideal setting for reading biography as a process that can always be reinterpreted.
