Jürgens, Marius Fischer, Eddie van Gemmern, Matthias Koller, Anna Ebert, Lisa Heuschober, Julia Wiedenmann.
Including
a guest lecture by Kim Knowles (Aberystwyth University, Wales): Ecological Gestures as Expanded Film Practice (6 pm).
The contributors are dedicated to material and bodily aspects of expanded film practices. Their focus
is on photochemical, celluloid-based practices, manual working of the film material, autogenerative procedures, bacteriological-chemical
processes, and reworkings of media constellations. Their talks constitute speculations regarding the productive/resistant
potentials of material, contact, decay, and preservation.
