PLATYPUS - interdisciplinary student art project

WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT

As a result of an interdisciplinary project, the billboards at Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz are currently designed by Platypus, anopen group of students from different departments of the University of Applied Arts Vienna.
Inspired by the Australian animal the project sees itself as an impulse for more communication and participation. The printed message is not meant to be an end to a process, but to reflect the nature of collaborative work:
Coming to an agreement defines us as humans and sets us apart from working with artificial intelligence. Sometimes we agree to disagree. Platypus calls to engage, participate, agree and disagree.
Opening event on october 12th, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in front of the billboards at OKP
