The
Weather War is a documentary/art film by the Swedish artist duo Bigert & Bergström about artificial climate engineering,
man's efforts to control the weather and use it for his own purposes. The film is part of the exhibition "Wenn der Wind weht",
a cooperation between KUNST HAUS WIEN and University of Applied Arts Vienna, which is currently on show at KUNST HAUS WIEN.
In his lecture, Mats Bigert talks about art and weather, control and loss of control, their specific
artistic and cinematic approach, surprising insights and the adventurous undertaking of averting a tornado with the Tornado
Diverter.
Followed by Q&A and Swedish snacks.
The lecture takes place at KUNST HAUS WIEN.
