Andreas Fogarasi (born
1977 in Vienna), studied at Angewandte and the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Vienna and at Le Pavillon, Paris. His work
was shown internationally in numerous group and solo exhibitions. Solo exhibitions include “Nine Buildings, Stripped”,
Kunsthalle Karlsplatz (Vienna), Georg Kargl Fine Arts (Vienna), GfZK (Leipzig), Museum Haus Konstruktiv (Zürich), Prefix Institute
of Contemporary Art (Toronto), Museo Reina Sofia (Madrid), Ludwig Forum (Aachen), the MAK in Vienna and the 52. Biennale di
Venezia, where he was awarded the Golden Lion Prize for best pavilion.
