Sarah Ortmeyer will speak about her GRANDMASTER series (I–VII)
shown over a period of 5 years in Gent, Vienna, Tel Aviv, New York, Rome and Brussels – as well as about her non-fiction book
on chess and politics.
Sarah Ortmeyer was born in Frankfurt, Germany. She is a graduate of Städelschule,
Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste and has recently published a non-fiction book on chess, aesthetics and politics.
