Are you interested in art or politics? Would
you like to take part in a boot camp at Forchtenstein Castle and connect with other young people? Discover new creative ways
to express the issues that matter most to you.
Aim of the Bootcamp:On the one hand, participants
will learn how to use art as a tool for their own activism; on the other hand, they will explore in greater depth the role
of art in maintaining and shaping systems of power.
Unfortunately, places are limited (20 spots available), so
we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
Planned programme*:
- Four
days at Forchtenstein Castle in Styria (accommodation, meals and travel costs are covered)
- Exploring
and deepening participants’ own political or activist interests
- Photography as a means of expression
and communication
- Creating protest posters and banners
- Methods for spreading your
message: buttons, stickers and memes
- Workshop on the topic of propaganda
*As the programme
is still being developed, changes may be made and the final schedule may differ.
