Since
the beginning of June, submissions have once again been open for the Neptune National Water Award 2027. The Neptune
Award is the highest distinction presented by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Climate and Environmental Protection,
Regions and Water Management (BMLUK) for outstanding water-related projects in Austria.
The

water. Innovative concepts and projects are invited that explore the theme of water through creative expression across a wide
range of artistic and cultural disciplines. The category particularly welcomes submissions from artists and cultural practitioners
working in fields such as multimedia, film, music, literature, architecture, visual arts, and the performing arts. Photography
and performance art projects are also eligible.
The
WasserKREATIV category carries a prize of €5,000 and
is sponsored by Kommunalkredit Public Consulting.
