Vienna Art Book Fair #2
The
Vienna Art Book Fair (VABF) is an international festival for the promotion and dissemination of artists’ books. In cooperation
with Die Angewandte — University of Applied Arts Vienna, the Expositur Vordere Zollamtsstraße 7, 1030 Vienna, turns itself
into a place for booklovers. The focus is on publishers and artists who create unique and innovative art publications which
cannot be found in conventional bookstores. For three days, the VABF offers a free accompanying program that comprised exhibitions,
talks, book presentations, readings, and performances.
This year's
edition presents more than 135 exhibitors from 25 nations, including artists and collectives, small presses, institutions,
galleries, and distributors.
