Patrícia J. Reis will be discussing the topic
of interactivity as an aesthetic strategy to stimulate a haptic visual experience.
In that framework
she will present her most recent project Untherneath the skin another skin, an interactive installation that encloses audio-visual-tactile
feedback that triggers in the interactor multiple sensorial stimuli. The artwork focuses on the interactor’s intimate haptic
experience taking in consideration his or her sensorial and cognitive mechanisms as a potential apparatus in the construction
of unique individual phenomenological experiences.
