Securing presence and increasing visibility can be
supportive, especially in challenging times. We have therefore considered how we can help you to communicate your work personally
and directly to the public. We knock on the door and would be pleased if we could get to know the surroundings of your work
together, whether in the studio, in the lab, in the office, in the workshop or in the apartment: "This is where I work, this
is my environment". And we enter and discover where ideas begin, where new things begin to succeed.
We offer three formats for this purpose:
- Option 1: Instagram take-over
You
will receive social media presence and can use the ARTist-Instagram account for 1 week. You will be briefly introduced and
linked in the newsletter and the other social media channels of the University.
- Option 2: Alumni portrait
(text/image/video)
On the basis of a list of questions created by us and photos and/or a video of your working environment
provided by you, we send out a weekly portrait via the Angewandte and ARTist newsletter and link the portrait on all social
media channels.
- Option 3: Reference to projects
We would be pleased to receive information about current
projects via private message in the respective medium or by e-mail to artist@uni-ak.ac.at. We will then share these on our
site.
We are looking forward to receiving an expression of interest until 10 May with photos and/or a link to
your website to:
artist@uni-ak.ac.at In the following, we will
try to identify a selection of projects, taking into account that we are representing an open and diverse set of possibilities.
Since we are also planning an alumni track within the framework of the Angewandte-Festival, we are working
on a publication on the topic "Where do I work?" in which the contributions from option 2 can be included.
