The photoseries Kultuträger is part of the series "Ephermal works for eternity" which were public interventions at the historic
site of the viennese northern-railwaystation. The documentation of ephemeral artworks becomes integral part of the artworks
itself by storing its cultural information for future generations. Therefore the distinction between the “original” and its
cultural carrier is erased and the documentation becomes artwork.
The final documentation was published in a publication about the historical site
of the northern railwaystation
(by Dorothea Trappel in cooperation with Shift Basis Kultur and Falter Verlag)
