2,5G Access regulation from October 4, 2021

29. September 2021
Dear university members,
we would like to inform you about the change in access rules resulting from the new security measures of the City of Vienna:
As of Monday, October 4, 2021, access to university buildings is only possible with a valid 2.5G proof: vaccinated, recovered, PCR-tested Antigen tests will no longer be accepted!
PCR test kits "Alles gurgelt" are available for free collection at the porter's lodge at the main location Oskar-Kokoschka-Platz and at Vorderen-Zollamtsstraße or can be obtained free of charge at all Viennese BIPA stores after prior registration (https://allesgurgelt.at/). Tests will continue to be handed in at REWE stores in Vienna. Departments in exposures can order test kits through the Covid staff office covid@uni-ak.ac.at.

Information on free PCR testing in gargle boxes can be found here. All other regulations remain in place and can be viewed in detail at www.dieangewandte.at/covid19.

With best regards Gerald Bast, Bernhard Kernegger, Barbara Putz-Plecko, Eva Maria Stadler and Maria Zettler
