Let us suppose that
it is a necessary property of theory to divide the propositions that can be formulated in the language of this theory into
statements of »true« and »false«, then it follows from the acceptance of an »imaginary third« that there is nothing that could
have this property — that there are no theories at all. Unpleasantly, the »theory of models« (Tarski) is an frivolous invitation
to mastery and control. I retrieve samples from these models ...
as if they were the letters
of a new lover, the words of a new poetry or the syntax of a »better world«. It's an puristic and erratic work that has to
be done with precision, patience and scrupulous care.
