Inventions of technology inspire many artists to generate their visions that reflects anxiety, pointing
to critical thinking and concern of the dangers of global changes. Through the various collaborations with scientists and
scientific institutions, art works that have been created are gaining ever greater public interest. It is therefore necessary
to redefine the positions of the latest media art and to critically discuss the issues and impacts of new technologies for
the future and the development of the society in general.
From 13.11. to 23.11.2019, the Glowing Globe 2019, Science-Fiction-Art,
in Rijeka (Croatia) hosts an international exhibition, a symposium, screenings and artists talks.
The program is
devoted to new-media art with an emphasis on virtual and augmentative reality.
The Fulldome film programme shows
